Hello,

Good to meet you all last week. It was a pleasure.

Here are a few brief notes and the video which, honestly, will be worth your time to watch. I’ve shared it with my children so they can see it too. The jars are now sitting on my shelf, still full, to remind me about the big things and the little things and which I can try to put in first. I’ve shared the images of the strengths, weakenesses, knowlede, skills to learn and skills to teach below. If something jumps out at you, ask for help or offer help. Then some images of the beautiful place we spent a day, the light was spectacular.

You guys have all you need already to do what you are doing. Remembering and paying attention is the work. Remember we each bring our lives to work and that isn’t bad, it’s good because if we are split we are not fully present and can’t work well. Give each other the space and support that is needed each day. Remember that between you there is likely everything needed when you can put it all together. Yes you have your job but you are doing it as part of a group of people all moving in the same direction. Then leverage your strongest competitive advantage and pay attention. To your patients, your teams, each other and your lives.

Collaboration, initiative, speed of response and commercialism. Those are the traits to pull forward as you go.
