MedicinesComplete, the publishing arm of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, met with DOSE with the aim of harnessing our understanding of both the pharmacy sector and marketing. As part of a wider campaign targeting the community pharmacy segment in quarter 4 2016, DOSE were asked to contribute to direct e-mail marketing activity.
DOSE carried out research to identify the optimum approach to engaging with the target segment and designed a series of e-mails focusing on a range of attributes relating to the MedicinesComplete product. We wrote headline, body and subject text for each e-mail focusing on communicating the product features and benefits specific to the target segment.
