We were approached by MED E-care to develop a new LinkedIn strategy to assist in positioning their business as a pioneering electronic health record provider in the UK. As part of a wider set of actions the team at MED E-care needed a robust, evidence based strategy that would help them to achieve their objectives.
We researched their particular market in relation to the three identified target segments and the relevant competitors. Defining clear goals led onto consideration of segmentation, targeting and positioning. A detailed execution plan with a wide range of practical actions was developed to assist in delivering the strategy.
Finally an editorial calendar was constructed to provide a framework for content production, use and monitoring.
