Testimonial

‘The planning, design and launch of O’Briens Pharmacy Group website has been handled efficiently and with great expertise. We are extremely happy with the result and look forward to our new online presence driving our business forward. I would confidently recommend Gavin at DOSE Design to anyone who is looking to market their business and improve their online offer.

Jon Flitcroft, Pharmacy Manager and IT Lead, O’Brien’s Pharmacy

O’Brien’s Pharmacy briefed us with developing a new pharmacy website to upgrade their digital presence and act as a central point for their digital marketing activity. As part of a wider project to re-brand and unify their existing estate of four individual community pharmacies the website replaced three existing websites with varying technologies and no recognisable visual unity.

DOSE adapted a visual identity selected by the company but which wasn’t yet in use and applied it sensitively to site while curating images from multiple sources that reflected their location in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Not many people seem to take photos of Fleetwood so imagery was a challenge but the team were happy with the final combination of images.

With differing prescription ordering, collection and delivery processes in place in group pharmacies careful attention was paid to ensuring that customers we offered the correct service for each pharmacy to prevent operational disruption. With a highly competent internal IT team now maintaining the site the benefits of the new site will grow and grow over time.

A range of features were built into the site:
