Lee Middleton, Operations Director, Burdon Pharmacy Group
Mark and Lee found DOSE via a recommendation from one of the IT providers in the pharmacy industry and it was clear we were going to work well together. A not so quick visit to Newcastle and we had the measure of the ambition. A relocation from an existing unit to a new one, a significant upgrade and a rebrand to signal that to the market. The challenge was unlocking how to fit a pharmacy into a two floor, ex-Indian restaurant, ex-mortuary. On a hill. With some very old, very thick stone walls.
Another visit later and we’d done it. A leap of creative faith and a few pivots around the space and a good fit was settled on. A complex build involving architects, builders, shopfitters and such saw us helping with project management and collaborating with BAPTT on the fit out design. Turning the environment into a branded space with our graphics was the topping off of a great project that has unlocked the growth potential in the location and provided four consultation rooms to facilitate expansion of professional practice.
We are now working our second project with our Friends on the East Coast and enjoying that too.
