Interesting roles.
- I was the top performing area manager in the country when MURs were launched.
- I was founder of and scaled up a venture capitalist funded community pharmacy company before exit.
- I led a team to win the Clinical Service of the Year Award for a first of its kind HIV service.
- I partnered with a cleint to set up the first and arguably most successful COVID vaccination service in the UK.

Coaching Details
All of the above sounds super smart and it is all true. But it is not the whole of me and it is not how I’ve done these things. I am quiet, caring and creative. Focussed on helping the people I work with while ensuring we don’t get lost in the game. Here is a little about how coaching works.
- A focus on business coaching allows me to understand where you are at present, where you want to get to and what you have to help you get there. Then we look at what might be a good way to go about it. This includes everything. Every aspect of the business.
- At the same time we look at how working on and in the business is helping you live the life you want to live. So that the business doesn’t end up running you. So that you can still appreciate those people and experiences that made you want to run a business in the first place.
- A coaching programme often begins with a visit to meet you and see your business. Half a day to a full day depending on where you are. We both devote our full attention to this day.
- The programme then continues with regular (weekly or bi-weekly) online coaching via Zoom to work together on developing your business and yourself. We work this around our holidays.
- Working together for three months is usually a good place to start.
- The exchange is £160.00 ex VAT per hour with travel expenses.
