Following on from our work developing a new visual identity and website for our client we were commissioned to design an editable brochure to act as a development proposal document forming a core part of the business development process. The brief included the ability for the client to directly edit the contents of the document without affecting the design. We worked with the senior team to create a document that delivers the brand position through application of the visual and verbal identities while ensuring that each version of the document can be bespoke to individual developments.

Later in the year we supported The Strategic Land Group with the design of a promotional leaflet for distribution to local residents potentially affected by a proposed development. We worked to a tight deadline to produce a document that reflected the serious nature of the content while reflecting the visual identity of the brand.
